HAS changed since last year, you also need to bring documents that
show those changes, such as:
NOTE: You do NOT need to bring a copy of the previous years tax return. 3. Can I file my tax return with Kumars even if I dont reside in New York? Yes; you must mail your information (same as above) and we will contact you to discuss your individual circumstances. We do not

Is there a best time to come? Come any time during business hours. If you come after March 6, we will give you a $10 discount on each tax return we file for you (Federal & State count as one return). Also, you are less likely to have to wait if you come after March 6. 6.
I have received a NY State Audit Letter regarding my business; can you
help me with this? Yes, we will work with you to prove that you are self-employed but only AFTER April 15. This service involves an additional fee beyond the cost of preparing your returns. However, these cases are not resolved overnight or with one visit or phone call. 7.
Do you have a drop-off service? Yes, we
do. Please be sure that you put all your information in a sealed envelope
with your name and telephone number on the front. One of our tax preparers
will contact you [within X days?] to tell you if your information is
complete, will let you know the day you need to come in to review and
sign your returns. NOTE: Before coming here, please be sure that the information you leave off is complete check the lists under questions # 1 and 2 above. We recommend that you make a photocopy of all papers in the envelope, in case we discuss them with you on the phone. 8.
How can I pay for the preparation of my returns? You may
pay our fee with cash (we will provide a receipt). Or, if you have a
refund due you, you may request to have our fee deducted from the amount
due you, as long as you choose to e-file and have your refund deposited
in your bank account. NOTE: We do not accept checks or credit cards under any conditions. 9.
